We carefully package every order to ensure your lamp arrives safely and securely.
Processing & Handling
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
We currently only ship within Canada. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Orders
We are currently in the process of building out our customer base to include the U.S. and other International destinations. Please contact coby@wattyformlab.com if you are interested in our products and reside outside of Canada.
Damaged Packages
Your lamp is carefully packaged before leaving our studio. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at coby@wattyformlab.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your BLOC lamp. If you wish to return your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The product must be securely packaged and returned in its original condition.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure that all electrical components are functioning properly and that there is no physical damage, including damage that may have occurred during use or return shipping.
A refund will only be issued once the product has been received and successfully inspected. If the product is returned with physical damage, missing components, or electrical components that are no longer functioning properly, the product will not be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
