2. Products
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, and other information on our website are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, lighting, photography, or differences between individual screens and devices.
Our lamps are intended for their stated purpose as described on the product page and accompanying product information.
Please read and follow all safety and installation information provided with your lamp before use.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier companies, customs, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking information may be provided where available. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns in accordance with our Return Policy. Please refer to this policy for complete information regarding eligible returns, conditions, and refunds.
6. Damaged or Defective products
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
Due to the nature of the 3D-printing process, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present in individual products. These may include, but are not limited to, small surface variations, layer lines, minor inconsistencies in texture or finish, slight colour variations, small marks, or other minor visual imperfections.
Each product is inspected by us prior to being made available for sale. Products with imperfections that we determine to be excessive or that do not meet our quality standards are removed from sale. Minor imperfections that remain after our inspection are considered an inherent characteristic of the 3D-printing process and are not considered damage or a manufacturing defect.
Accordingly, the presence of minor 3D-printing imperfections that are consistent with the manufacturing process does not, by itself, qualify a product as damaged or defective and does not qualify the product for a refund or return.
If you believe your product has an issue that goes beyond normal 3D-printing imperfections or was damaged during shipping, please contact us so that we can review the issue.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [Email Address] with your order number and photographs showing the issue and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the provided safety instructions may not be covered.
7. Product Safety
Our lamps are designed and evaluated for their intended use. Customers are responsible for reading and following the safety information supplied with the product.
Our lamps have been field evaluated in accordance with CSA SPE-1000, the Special Purpose Evaluation Code for electrical equipment. The applicable field evaluation is identified by the official evaluation label affixed to the product.
Customers should refer to the official field evaluation label and the safety/information label located on the underside of the lamp base for applicable product identification and safety information.
The CSA SPE-1000 field evaluation applies to the specific product as evaluated and does not mean that the product is CSA certified, listed, or approved under a general CSA certification program. The field evaluation label should remain affixed to the product and must not be removed or altered.
Do not modify, disassemble, or alter the electrical components of the lamp unless specifically instructed or authorized by us.
If a product appears damaged or unsafe, discontinue use immediately and contact us.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with another person's ability to use it.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if we believe these Terms & Conditions have been violated.
